Firestone Complete Auto Care

I gave this location a try based on reviews saying the service was fast, but that wasn't my experience. I initially tried to do a walk-in, but the staff highly recommended I make an appointment to save time. I took that advice and scheduled an appointment for a few days later, but I was still there for over 2 hours from the moment I checked in until I got my keys back. If an appointment still results in a 2-hour wait, I think you might as well just walk-in when it’s convenient for you. Also, for those curious, my oil change was $39.99.

The service manager was excellent, professional and talked through all my options at a pace i could comprehend. A stressful moment for me was made easy with their professionalism. The Mechanics even took a moment from their busy schedule, stopped what they were doing without me asking for extra attention, to help me quickly diagnose whether my car was even serviceable at there location or weather I needed to take it to a dealership directly. Saving me so much time and money in towing. 10/10 good people would come back.

Zion was a great help and straight forward. Didn't pressure us on any up sales and made sure we understood what we needed. Went in to get a tire replaced and an oil change, this only took about an hour. Definitely recommend.

Zion is the very fist person I was on the phone with. He was very helpful and very professional! I had to call back later and he even remembered me and my tire size! Wow, what great customer service! When I walked in I was helped my 2 people Ashley and Joseph. They were wonderful people as well. They both made me feel like an actual person and help me even more... see, I had my tire blowout when I was on the road and it was terrible but having these 3 people assist me like they did, made this day way better then I could have ever thought. We were on vacation when we discovered that our RAV4 had a flat tire. It’s never fun to deal with car trouble while you’re away from home, but thankfully we were able to put on the spare and head over to Firestone the next day. From the moment we arrived, Abraham greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately made us feel at ease. He took the time to listen to what happened, explain our options clearly, and made sure we understood what needed to be done. Abraham and the team worked quickly and professionally to get our tire replaced and checked everything over to make sure we were safe to get back on the road.
