I had an amazing experience at Firestone! I brought in my new car that I had just purchased, and the tires were in terrible condition. Justin immediately took care of everything. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, he made sure they covered the cost of a brand-new set of tires. He even selected the best tires for my Mercedes and ensured I received a proper alignment. All I had to do was drop off my car, and Jesse handled the rest.
