This place will drain your pocket. I went in with a noise coming from the front door end, was told that I needed new struts, and that was making the noise. They also gave me a list of other things that are wrong but with 300,000 miles, all I wanted was the noise gone. Price to fix was 2,500, I told them to go ahead fix it. I went to pick it up, nobody said a word and said it was finished. I drove out of the parking lot with the same noise, did a U turn and took it back. 2 days later, I then was told it was a bushing in the front end. They said they would fix at their cost. I called to see if it was done, they then said there was a noise in the back end, which I never heard before I took it to them, low and behold, over a thousand to fix, not a chance will I spend another dime at this place

Went for a warranty job. After 1 hour of waiting they told me the technician didn’t hear the noise. I told them to drive it again and after 2 hours they come back telling me they can’t warranty the job they did previously because my traction control doesn’t work (sensor is broken) so they can’t warranty the wheel bearing?? They also told me that my radiator started leaving pretty heavy when bringing it into the shop and wanted to charge me to fix that. I did not have that problem before hand. The people there didn’t really seem to care or fix the problem because it was a warranty job and I wasn’t spending any money. I did not get my warranty job fixed and left with more issues

Had my brakes, brake pads, rotors, and calipers all replaced in May of 2024. Nearly a year and a half later in December of 2025, I was having loud brake noise just to get told that I needed to replace both front and back brakes and rotors at a different firestone location (Neenah). I paid nearly $2k at this location in May of 2024 to get the previous job done. I took it to a family mechanic and I was told they did not apply grease between the metal to metal contact points, and that none of the brakes and rotors were installed correctly. Needless to say I will not bring any of my vehicles to any firestone location in the future.

Great experience getting all new tires here! The team was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or talked down to. My car drives great now and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend!

We have used Firestone's in various places for years. This location has had our car several times and the customer service and mechanic work has been terrible. On our most recent visit, we had a headlight out and needed it replaced. They had the car for a full day and when we went to pick it up they said they couldn't find the light that wasn't working. We pointed it out to them and there was no apology for not fixing it. When we got home and looked at it, the headlamp was pointing down. We took it to a local shop and they advised that someone had broken the fitting the holds the bulb in place. $1k to fix the Firestone fail. Add lousy customer service at this store and I am shocked they ever have a vehicle there.
