I had a really positive experience here after a a stressful car experience. I called multiple times and ended up unexpectedly having to tow my car there. I spoke with DeVante throughout this on the phone and he was very kind and helpful. The result was that this whole situation ended up not being as stressful as it could've been. I was able to get my car in before they opened and they started right away; I was able to get my car back that afternoon with everything taken care of. I had a lot of stuff to fix and really appreciated the good discounts and promos offered to me which really helped me with the final price.

I have been bringing my vehicle to them for the past 2 years. They always keep me informed and set proper expectations on cost and time. They do not try to get me to have unnecessary repairs done. The night dropbox has been very convenient for me.

We came in, didn’t look super busy. The gentleman that was inside quoted us a price for 4 new tires, but said we can do it right now. It took an hour, we walked to Target while it was being done. When we came back our hood was up and they were just finishing up. When we paid. We asked why the hood was up. He stated it’s a company policy for safety, it tells everyone they are working on it PLUS they topped off my windshield wiper fluid!! These guys were top notch!! We will continue to go to our local Firestone!
