⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with the Firestone team in Athens, Ohio. I’m purchasing a truck from out of state and needed an independent inspection before having it shipped to Dallas. Dave and JD both went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to thoroughly look over the vehicle and give me honest feedback so I could move forward with confidence. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was checked properly, even knowing I wasn’t a local customer. That level of service meant a lot. Spoke with Dave on the phone about my car issue. he was polite and helpful. Davie was my repair technician. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He took time to show me the exact issue and explained my options. My repairs were made quickly and I was back on the road in a little over an hour. I was only going to be in town a couple of days and they were able to get me in and out right away. Excellent experience.

Took car in for oil change and alignment. Ended up buying two new tires. Alignment did put my car in alignment. Opened trunk and a piece of my engine was in my trunk. It was a plate that protects the oil filter. They didn’t top off any of my fluids. Checkout did not inform me of any of this when I paid. Now I have to pay to have the plate reinstalled at a reputable company. I will not be using Firestone of Athens. Again. No response. Ever. Months later. Called and called I just kept getting voicemails. I requested a refund officially and hit the run around. It cost me $300 to fix their mistakes. Horrendous

Firestone Complete Auto Repair in Athens is the only place I take my car and I live 30 minutes away. The manager, Dave, always knows who I am. He is always willing to assist me when I have concerns with my car. The mechanics always know how to fix any problems, and they are efficient and courteous. They answer any questions I may have. I have been going to them for about 11 years and I won’t let anyone else touch my Beetle. Highly respected.

Had an appointment for an alignment at 3:30. Got there at 3:20 to drop my vehicle off, and asked them how long it would take. Was told it would take about an hour and they had one vehicle on the rack to finish up and then would get mine in. I came back at 5pm and they still hadn’t even started on mine. What’s the point in having an appointment scheduled if it’s not going to be honored?!?? An hour and a half after the scheduled time and hadn’t even started… unacceptable.
