The crew Guadalupe and Chandler was such a great help with assisting me with my alignment on 2/2/26. Guadalupe was a great help and very informative with informing me about needing new tires and assisting with great information/knowledge. They were so delightful and a great help I returned today to receive a rear end alignment since I got new tires. Chandler greeted me kindly with a big smile saying, “You’re back”, remembering me and my vehicle, that was very cool. He informed and showed me pictures of the work he did on 2/2/26 & that my type of vehicle doesn’t require a rear end alignment. These guys are awesome and I totally trust them with my car needs. Please pay them a visit for you car services, I’ll definitely be back.

I had bought a full new set of tires there just over a year ago. Well yesterday one of my front tires blew on the highway (after less than 30k miles in the tire) and come to find out the serial number on the tires didn’t match what they had put on my invoice. *which is sketchy in my opinion- but there was inventory issues the day I got them and in somewhat of a bad business practice kind of way would make sense I guess??-that’s totally separate* Anyways- turns out my roadside hazard warranty had been removed when I bought the tires and I didn’t realize so I ended up needing to purchase a new tire. The manager honored the discounted price I paid last year for this new tire. Which I do appreciate. But the computers were down and I was waiting a while, and something just isn’t sitting right a

Just took my Mercedes Benz in for some love and Chandler and Guadalupe were the best help. Service was fast and 100% efficient and I will be returning here every time I need to take care of my car. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

The team members were very informative and helpful and polite. Work was done same day without appointment. Very satisfied and will continue to go here and refer friend's/family.

My daughters car was towed there due to a coolant leak. They took 3 days to repair the car with little to no communication. The first time they said it was fixed she showed up and there was coolant all underneath the car and wires hanging from under the dash. Now today, the car overheats with the same issue they supposedly repaired. I'm reaching out to corporate as clearly the car was not repaired correctly, if at all. The first picture is today, the other 2 was the first day they said it was ready. This was a $500+ repair that I will contest on my Firestone card.
