I walked in for an out of state registration. They knew exactly what I needed, explained the differences in inspections to me and told me they could get me taken care of in 15 minutes. They were professional, super courtesy and explained everything so I could understand. I also loved that they were open on the weekend, unlike the auto care place nearest to me. Great service and reasonablely priced.

If you need some work done and are on a budget go see Sam and the mechanic Jason at Firestone on Noland!!! Sam is super respectful and quick. Jason is a highly skilled/experienced mechanic. I will definitely be a return customer after my experience today. 5 stars!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE!!!!! I bought 4 tires and paid to have them put on. I called to make the appointment. The appointment was confirmed. Then I get a call back from Firestone. Saying we can’t keep the appointment. We are to busy! So then I ask why was the appointment confirmed then!!! I talked to them last week and explain to them that on three of my tires, the middle inside were broken. When I had my tires rotated. The mechanic told me I was driving on a ticking time bomb and they knew how urgent this appointment was that my tires could blow out at any time! The guy didn’t care! He said we can get you in at the very end of February or March 1st. I SAID WHAT!!!!! I asked to speak with the district manager, conveniently he could not find the district manager‘s name. Done with this place. I only have select places to take my car and the last three visits I've had rear tires losing air... In September they replaced two tires but not the ones losing air. The next visit in November I asked to have them looked at since apparently on a tire rotation they just rotate and don't check for damage line described (more on that in a few). Then I dropped off Friday told Evan my issues about said rear tires and with a rotation they should be moved but as I came to pick it up the first thing I noticed is that my tires hadn't been rotated as I had marked them. I told the manager on duty and all I got was sorry even though it was billed... The right rear by the way is still losing air. Picked up with 36psi as of 10am. As of 7 pm it has 24psi
