Good quick service and friendly staff. Able to get you in quickly and complete the work same day without an appointment. 4 stars only because they called me to say the car was ready a few hours after service but I was unable to pick the vehicle up til the next morning, but when I arrived it was about an hour until I received the vehicle due to some additional finishes. However, I appreciated that they took the time, and care to make sure I was back on the road safely. They prioritized doing things right, and care about your vehicle before letting you leave. They took the vehicle out on a test drive as well before letting me leave to double check. I appreciated the care and commitment to service.

I took my Mazda in for a charging/alternator issue and while replacing the alternator I got a call telling me my radiator needed replacement. I reluctantly agreed to the replacement, while $1,792 later I was shocked. Jump forward 6 months and my (AT) automatic transmission came on while I was on the highway and the car went into Neutral, I had to pull over to the shoulder. I got the car to a Mazda dealer and asked for a diagnosis. Their report stated the transmission fluid was slowly leaking from the connection to the radiator. I took the car back to Firestone and explained the details. They put the car up on the lift and told me the transmission was leaking, not the connection. I again explained what the dealer had documented and I got a “that’s your problem” response. They screwed up put

I have a severe / rubber allergy where I’ve been on a ventilator two times. I have explained that to the shop and they go over and beyond to make sure that I do not have exposure to the rubber. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because they are so great and good to me. Firestone is the best and I had a flat brought the tire in to see if it could be repaired. It couldn’t be repaired so they did the roadside emergency service for me and it was only $51 to replace. This is a great place and a great place to buy quality tires.

I came in and they did an inspection. They let me know what needed to be done. There was no pressure. Tanya and Cynthia are excellent people and doing the perfect job. Cynthia helped price everything out for me. She told me about the credit card helped me apply got approved. Once approved I asked to go ahead and do the brakes. Great place to have your vehicle repaired.

I have been bring both my wife and I truck here for the past 6 years. The employees here have always been so nice and detailed in the repairs on our vehicles and affordable. Shout out to Tanya for being so nice and working with me and my wife.
