I told the girl upfront that my air conditioner runs, but it’s blowing hot air, but I need some something coolant Freon whatever it is to take care of it. She goes. Oh that’s coolant you need I said OK. I trusted that she knew exactly what I was talking about since she works upfront after I paid the money I waited. They said my car was ready. I got out my car. It was blowing hot air. I went back inside to ask the mechanic do I have to wait 510 minutes before the air becomes cool the mechanic told me that’s not what you had done. We flushed your coolant through I then asked for the manager, Stoney Meeks to talk to me. I told him this is not what I asked for. I told them what I told the girl upfront and she said yes I need coolant. I am a retired registered nurse in Surgery. I cannot fathom
