Firestone Complete Auto Care

The manager there is the most caring woman. The two gentlemen working on a vehicle when I arrive adjusted their schedule to meet my needs and get my tires looked at right away. As I waited for my vehicle to be fixed, nails in my tire, the phone just about rang constantly, folks were coming in to pick up their vehicles and drop them off, and the manager handled everything with grace. She was kind and patient and I could tell she cared about helping all her customers. All my expectations were exceeded. As were all the other customers I witnessed come through. This is the only place you should trust for all your vehicle needs.

Manager (Crystal)was awesome!!!!! Called and got an appointment on a Saturday for a flat tire. It was for a rental car first delay was for a mis-diagnosed approval. Waited for quite a while for work to begin. Service guy disappeared as soon a management was not looking. Guess I wont be getting a free air freshner. At least Im watching IU FOOTBALL!!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We brought my car in for getting possibly needing fuel system cleaning. They called and said that I was low on oil so we decided after speaking to the mechanic that we would wait on the fuel cleaning until next week when we got paid again. They appeared to be okay with that. However , we just called and they did the oil change and fuel system cleaning anyway. So, now we have to figure out how to make it until payday. Why call the customers and discuss approval for repairs and then do what we did NOT approve to get done until next week anyway. Firestone just wanted to take more money from us because they can. We will never be using firestone again and I will not recommend them to other people . Save the headache and go somewhere else

I called day of just to see if there was an availability for the oil change I've been putting off. Not only did they fit me in today, they also fit in a complete auto check to ensure I feel comfortable with my car moving into the winter. This is the second vehicle I have brought to this location and I always have such a good experience with the workers here. Very nice people and they remember me every time :)

We had the most pleasant experience this Saturday morning when taking our teen for her first oil change. We were greeted by a very friendly associate who helped us figure out services and discounts available. We added a thorough safety inspection to our package which was a great option. The job was done in a timely manner and while some extra services were offered we did not feel like we had any pushy sales experience. Thank you!
