Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went in for alignment, my car is very slightly lowered and I have camber wear on all 4 tires from it. I installed some adjustable control arms to get rid of the camber and I explained all of this to the person over the phone and was told okay that’s no problem we can take care of it. Get to the store and talked to the lady behind the counter and explained the same situation to her and told her I just want the camber zeroed out or as close as possible so I don’t have to keep replacing tires and she assured me that’s no problem the tech will take care of it. After the alignment was done they showed me the print out sheet and the front camber wasn’t even adjusted at all. Had to bring both of my vehicles in for tire issues. Bethany did an outstanding job today. It seemed the location was short handed throughout the day, because there were several people in the waiting area every time I came back. She really handled herself well...I heard a few "Karens" giving her a hard time. Please give her a pat on the back for an outstanding job.

Scheduled an alignment appointment and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes while my car remained in the parking lot and was never brought into the shop. There was no proactive communication about delays or equipment issues. I only learned there was a problem after I approached the counter myself, at which point I was told another vehicle was stuck in the alignment machine. While waiting, another customer with a later appointment came in for the same service and was also told to sit without any explanation, which suggests a broader lack of communication and appointment management at this location. Delays happen, and if the situation had been communicated earlier, I would have been understanding and likely stayed. However, the complete lack of communication shows a disregard for customers’ time.

Juan was extremely knowledgeable about tires and lugnuts. My lugnuts were swollen due to heat, weather, etc. He took time to explain why the lugs expanded. He said that some lugs have a metal sleeve or cap, cover and not solid steel and then put mine next to a new one to give me a visual, so I could see and understand. He took a picture of the damage to my tire so I could see how bad it was and why I needed a new tire. He allowed me to call my husband and on speaker phone, discuss tire prices as if my husband was standing right there. He made me feel very assured of my purchase and I will use this Firestone for future issues with all 4 of my vehicles. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. Great service!

Beth was great She was friendly and she communicated with me that it might take a little longer because she was short staffed for that day. The tech did a good job. I will be back to get the services that were recommended to be done.
