⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at the Firestone Campbell location. I brought in my Tesla Model Y for a wheel alignment and the service was excellent from start to finish. SARAH took great care of me — she was super friendly, patient, and still made time to help even though the shop was extremely busy that day, even working through her lunch break. I really appreciate her dedication and positive attitude. My car now drives perfectly straight and feels so smooth. Thank you, Sarah and the team — truly amazing service, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Upon my arrival to the Campbell Firestone, I was immediately assisted by Matt offering to pump up the tires with air and especially the deflated one which had a screw in it. As the shop was near closing time, I was instructed to come in the morning the next day. The following day, my tire was fully patched up and in good timing. I was also offered alignment options and my car definitely needed the alignment so I appreciated that service being completed along with the tire repair. I did not want to write this review as the people(Robert and the female manager) at this Firestone location were nice. However, they have ignored and lied to me about righting their wrong. The end of August 2025 I went in for an oil change. Two weeks later my car started smoking. I had to pull over and get towed($45 with AAA) to a local shop. At this shop they diagnosed the problem as a crack oil filter(see picture). This shop charged me $515 to "diagnose engine concerns, cooling system pressure test and a new oil change". They said my car would continue to smoke unless I had the engine cleaned as there was oil all over everywhere. I had to get my engine professionally cleaned so I could safety drive my car. I want to share my experience because it truly highlights the difference great leadership and customer service make. Before coming to Firestone Tires, I had stopped at Wheel Works and unfortunately had a very negative interaction with an employee named Paul. The experience left me feeling disrespected, dismissed, and uncomfortable. The communication felt condescending, and I did not feel valued as a customer. After that interaction, I honestly wasn’t in the mood to purchase anything at all. However, everything completely changed the moment I arrived at Firestone. Ashley Rodriguez and Matt immediately created a welcoming, professional, and respectful environment. Ashley was knowledgeable, patient, and clear in her explanations. She took the time to answer my questions without pressure. M
