Been coming to Firestone for years. I go out of my way to ask for Dave when I need to get work done or just sound advise on what to do. Dave is old school. He's always helpful & efficient without breaking the bank. If he's not there Mack is a great back-up. I appreciate their service. I want to give a special shout out to Mack for assisting me the other day on Getting my Oil Change done. Dave wasn't there that day. But, Mack was able to fit me in. He checked my Tires. He always tops my Oil off, if I need it in between Oil Changes. He has excellent customer service etiquette, very friendly, made sure I got a coupn for a good deal on my Oil Change. He gets 5🌟

Car needed a water pump, the first place we took it couldn’t do it, the second place we called said it would be a month, maybe longer. Called Firestone and got booked. After checking it over it needed more work than just the water pump. Firestone worked to price match and get the warranty company to cover as much as possible. Dropped it off Wednesday and had it back FRIDAY! The timing just worked out. Staff was knowledgeable and straightforward. Would recommend to anyone.

I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday, January 25th at 1pm to get new tires because my tire tread was worn down. I had gotten an email and text reminder of my appointment. The weather was very bad and it has snowed ~6 inches. When I got to the shop it was closed and locked. When I tried calling their phone no one answered, and I figured they closed due to weather. I was never notified that the shop had closed or that my appointment had been canceled. It was very irresponsible of them not to notify me of the cancellation and have me drive to their shop with the amount of snowfall with my tire tread worn down. I would not recommend this firestone. :/

disappointed to say the least. I have been using this firestone for basic maintenance in my vehicles for a while, but after this experience, will NOT be back. I went in for a dead battery and came out with a new bad battery and a subsequent blown fuse. when i took it back they took 2 weeks to look at it then replaced the battery. They didn’t fix the system but instead told me everything was good to go. When i got in my car, the warning lights were still on and the battery level was low. I went back in to ask about it and the man at the desk assured me they took care of the issue, he recommended I drive it for a day and see if there are any issues. Well it made it home. The next day I drove it, it broke down within 3 miles. Why not just admit you didn’t fix the problem or know the prob
