I’ve been coming here with different vehicles for quite some time, and these gentlemen have consistently been kind, professional, and straightforward. I own a vintage vehicle with very low mileage and work hard to maintain it as best as I can. When I first purchased my gorgeous little Monte Carlo, I went to another shop for a tune-up and fluid change... the works..., assuming the job would be done properly. Little did I know, the fluid flush never happened. Thankfully, Todd and Sam caught the issue during my most recentvisit and showed me in person just how badly my coolant needed to be flushed. Three different people called them and asked if they were able to do an alignment on my wife's car. It takes special equipment, but they said they could. So, I drove two hours to Casper for them to do the alignment. I set there for two hours when they finally came out and said they were not able to access a steering module, so they were not able to compete the alignment. They did not charge me, but before I left I asked them if the wheels were aligned, to which they replied yes. I got in the car the steering wheel was sitting to the left (it was not when I brought it in), and the car pulled even worse the the right than it did before these incompetent people touched the car.
