Chris went above and beyond. My engine lite was on and they performed a diagnostic test that reconfirmed this issue. Provided awesome service, solved my problems. Used his connects to find the parts my vehicle needed and educated me on the process in a way that I could understand. He was up front with the timeline. Wonderful experience.

The Perimeter location sent me here because their systems were down and they wouldn't have been able to look up my appointment or look up my account. This store did get me taken care of fairly quickly and did a good job on the alignment but then they tried to scam me into new tires. The guy told me my rear tires were "at the wear bars". Complete and total bold faced lie. You can see by my picture, which I took immediately after getting home, that the tires are no where near the wear bars and even still have both letters for "Dry" and "Wet" traction (this is a Continental specific thing). I don't think they actually looked at the tires though because they quoted me for 245/40R19 which isn't even close to what is on the car. I have 275/40R18s. Definitely don't let these guys take your money

From start to finish, Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The service was efficient, honest, and top-tier. It’s not often you come across a technician who combines skill with great customer service, but Chris absolutely delivered. Horrible customer service. Told me 2 hours before I even said why I was there. Then the prices were twice what I expected. Went across the street to butler wheels and tires and the prices were half as much and the employees were welcoming and friendly. I was told 40 something dollars for check engine light and butler was free. Was told 130 for a battery for tire pressure sensor but butler only charged 70 dollars. I wanted a oil change and butler didn't offer that but Firestone quoted almost 130.

Very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Chris at the service desk is amazing! He broke down everything to me and made it make sense! I will always choose them to service my vehicles.
