The customer representative, Zach was wonderful. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He helped me by getting the most reasonable price and applied an available discount to my bill. He made my stay comfortable and got my car attended to as soon as was possible. If I could give a zero(0) I would. First, let's start with me applying for a Firestone credit card because my family loves firestone and has always patronized them. So, I thought it would be a great idea to make them my one stop auto shop. Wrong! I made an appointment for the Madison location Saturday Nov. 22, 2025 at 10am only to be told I had to go somewhere else. Because they didn't have a mechanic there to fix my car. So, the guy from the madison location sent me to the Poplar and highland location. While I was there at the poplar location one of the guys there tried to get me to go to another shop that wasn't a firestone location. Once the guy kept trying to send me somewhere else I casually stated that if I have to take my car to someone else then I shouldn't have even gotten the fir

Before I met the team ar your Germantown road location, I said I would not use your services again because of always having more than an 8 hour wait, unprofessionalism and dishonest services received at other locations in my town. Your team at the Germantown location were courteous, professional, very communicative and timely. I will definitely have all of my vehicles serviced at their location.

Jeff is great. He got me a great price when they didn't have the tires I chose online. He kept me informed of everything. The other staff was also very helpful and polite. I have already recommended the Germantown Pkwy location to friends and family. This will be my tire/maintenance place from now on.

They’re professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable — you never feel like you’re being talked down to or rushed through. Jeff, in particular, always goes above and beyond. He’s personable, explains things clearly, and makes sure everything is handled the right way. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers that kind of service, but he does every time. Appointments are easy to set up, they get you in quickly, and they’re efficient without ever cutting corners.
