Firestone Complete Auto Care

This was my first time at this location. If I ever need services again, I will come back here. Been to several other locations in the Metro area, but this one had been the best. Chis W., the Store Manager handled my vehicle with ease, friendliness and professionalism. I walked in on time and he was waiting for me. He told me how long it would take and he was on point. They was no upselling or harassing sales tactics, just a suggestion, which I obliged. Thanks Chris!

I usually never write reviews, but the service I got was so phenomenal and Chris specifically was very helpful. I came in for an oil change around noon before work and they got my car out quick. I would 100% come back!

My husband took my car here after he accidentally put a gash in my tire. This is the second time we have had issues with this location. First they left black grease all over my husband’s work van, then they leave my tire and rim with glue all over it. It looks worse now than it did when we took it to them. We definitely won’t be back. They do not take any pride in their work and will give your car back to you looking worse than when you gave it to them. This is supposed to be a brand new tire!!!

Eric did a great job at Firestone. He helped me pick the right tires for my Charger, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got all the discounts available. Really appreciated his hard work and knowledge—made the whole process easy.

Chris and his team were very professional and punctual in getting repairs addressed. There was an issue with one of the repairs, and it was addressed immediately and rectified to my satisfaction. It's rare to find great customer service anywhere and honest feedback these days in any business, especially auto repair. We're thankful to have found a trusted resource for our auto needs.
