Dustin the store manager came out to see what was Wrong with it I told him I had something going on with the AC that it was leaking. He came out to look underneath the hood and make sure everything was good and then tell me don’t worry about everything. These guys are gonna take good care of me if I was to say to go to anybody, I would say definitely need to go to Firestone. Thank you, Dustin.and Bruce

Went to Firestone at 3501 S. Fox St for a simple oil change on 12-2-25. After I left, I was driving down the road and noticed a loud scraping noise. Turns out they didn't re-attach the metal and plastic skid plates which were dragging on the road. Turned around, went back to their shop so they could fix it. I looked underneath today (12-9-25) and their "fix" was to use a zip tie on one of the dangling skid plates. Both are still hanging down barely off the ground and all of the clips/bolts that are supposed to fasten the skid plates are broken or missing. The metal one is now damaged and probably can't be re-attached. I'll be sending them the bill after I have an actual mechanical fix this. They're no better than jiffy lube, grease monkey etc

Great experience at the 3501 Fox St Firestone. I had a tie-rod replaced at Good Judy’s garage (great place as well) and needed to have my alignment done right afterwards. I originally had an appointment at 10am at Firestone but the work on my vehicle wrapped up early, at 8:30am, so I had a good chunk of time between appointments. I called the Englewood Firestone and talked to Dustin. He said he could fit me in and got my vehicle in the garage shortly after I arrived. Very customer service oriented, which I truly appreciate. I didn’t have a good experience with a local firestone and considering making the drive to Dustin’s store have future work done. Customer service matters and Dustin went above and beyond. I have brought my vehicle in numerous times for both regular oil changes and diagnostics. Every time I have gone to this location, the staff has been extremely helpful, so far very honest. When there was a repair I needed on my vehicle, they recommended me to a location that had expertise in the repairs I needed instead of overcharging me for doing it themselves. The honesty and friendliness here has been exceptional and much appreciated.

Dustin did a great job! My tire pressure has been low. At first I thought it was just colder weather. Took my car to Firestone. He filled up all of my tires and was super friendly. Great service!
