Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went to this Firestone a couple weeks ago and asked for them to run dye through my oil system to find a leak. They charged me $50 plus tax and took about 3 hours to find it and said I needed to replace my entire oil pan and I needed a new tire and several other things. I had already mentioned I was using a credit card and when they asked if I wanted to do any other work and I told them no I needed to talk to my husband first after he went to tell the guy to pull my car down I started hearing banging coming from the back and it took longer than what I felt like it should've to just let my car down and pull it out. Within a week I was having issues while driving and my husband realized there was a coil pack that was cracked on the plastic and after replacing it my car has been driving perf

I have to say, I normally am really hesitant when I go into ANY car repair place. I often come out feeling cheated or confused. Not at this place though! Jacob completely restored my faith in humanity when he helped me out! He was eager to help and made sure all my questions were answered. He made me feel heard and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people that walk through your doors. You don’t find customer service like this anywhere these days. This man needs a promotion! I took my 2016 4Runner to get a nail fixed in my back rear tire. The staff member was very friendly and greeted me warmly, assuring me he would inspect all four tires to be safe and prevent a second visit. The wait was short, so I spent some time at St. Claire Mall. When it was ready, he let me know he had discovered another nail in one of my other tires. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism, and I highly recommend Firestone. Thank you for everything, Firestone!

Firestone in Fairview is one of the few companies that still work with purpose. Always organized. Always friendly. Always put together (I know this sounds weird but I help run a company and bend out together is important) .. they stay on top of keeping you updated and I trust them with all my vehicles.

Ms. Lakena and her techs at the Faiview Heights store deserves a 100 for my warmth and very efficient service in making it happen for my car being serviced.
