Firestone Complete Auto Care

Recently got two sets of tires installed on two of my vehicles and am very happy with the price and service! The only thing I’m not a fan of is using an impact to tighten the wheels lugs. I would much rather see someone use a torque wrench once the lugs were tight.

Stopped by to check them out. They haven't been there long, new store. Found a set of a/t tires I liked and he ordered them for me. Got delayed because of bad weather but, they made it. Got me right in and put them on. I have an older truck so it gave him a little problem and took more time than usual. In all, the service was excellent. Didn't charge me more for the extra time. The tires are of great quality and condition. I work construction so I need a tuff durable tire. I'll be back for all my vehicles since they are professional and courteous. Thanks for the work gentlemen.

I really appreciate the guys at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Oakwood, Georgia. They were really patient with me as I was checking another competitor’s price. Not, only did they work with me in getting me a better price for good mileage tires, they were able to get me in the shop to place the new tires immediately!

I won’t be back. I was quoted $2400 for “issues” with my breaks in all reality it was a $500 fix. After getting that price I took my car to a different local reputable mechanic and the quote was $500. I’m a woman and of course I don’t know anything about cars. It’s sad I was about to pay an extra $1900 for things my car didn’t need in the end. I’m happy I got the second opinion. Go support your small locally owned, reputable mechanics.
