Pit Pass by Discount Tire

The good news is I survived hitting something on interstate. Bad news is the hit took out two tires and I needed to buy a complete set for for my Model 3 … but I didn’t die! 😏 First visit to Discount Tire - the guys were great, pricing fair and the job was done well. Zach was ok too 💫 I’ve got road hazard now so I expect the next time I get taken out I’m covered. Five Star Service and Experience ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

From start to finish Zac gave exceptional customer service skills, I did not bring quite enough money for my appointment and he promptly and politely rescheduled my appointment for about an hour later so I could quickly pick up more cash, and ensured I got two tires that I needed instead of the one I had ordered not knowing my other tire needed replacing too. His customer service skills did not go unnoticed and his awesome personality, mind you they were extremely busy upon my arrival and I did not once feel rushed. Now for the actual tire installation- all of the mechanics working on my car were amazing and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. I will never go anywhere else. 10/10!!!

I absolutely love the staff here. I am completely blown away by their compassion and just so nice and professional. I don’t know how to explain it, but definitely haven’t encountered Such personable genuinely nice people at a car place before. They were super informative and very quick service. Sounds crazy, but I’m super grateful that when I googled, I stopped to come to this place. I didn’t even check reviews until after I was here and it’s definitely true to the reviews they are awesome and honest staff. Great team--extremely fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I did have an appointment. So that helps them get you on your way in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this location for your tire needs. I was in for a rotate and balance--which if you purchased your tires from them is free at any location. It's worth the stop if you are in the area.

Another efficient, professional, and friendly visit to Pit Pass! We have one of our cars already in their system for tires, rotations, and balancing. Having just replaced our other car, I was glad to be able to get the new one going at Pit Pass as it needed two tires. They are all very friendly and fast AND I get to stay in my car if I want (which I do). Estimated time for installation of 2 tires and balancing all 4 was 30 minutes - I rolled out in 14. Jake, Reggie, Danielle, and the crew really rocked it! I highly recommend! Pro tip - make an appointment for the fastest service as they stay pretty busy....because they are GOOD!
