I would like to update my initial review based on the excellent customer service I ultimately received at this Firestone location. While there was initially a billing issue where I was accidentally charged twice for my tires, oil change, and wheel alignment, the situation was handled professionally and resolved. Jim, the manager, went above and beyond to turn what started as a frustrating experience into a positive one. He was friendly, professional, and maintained consistent communication throughout the process. He reassured me the issue would be resolved and followed through on his word, which I truly appreciated. Arrived about 9am, with a tire that kept losing air. They worked me in as I did not have an appointment. Check the tire found a hole, and were able to repair the tire. Check air pressure in all the other tires too. Asked if they could check the brakes out while they had it. Explained what was going on with the brakes and gave a repair estimate. They were very pleasant and made they information available in terms a non mechanic could understand. I would recommend their services to everyone.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Firestone in Goldsboro for over 5 years, and I can confidently say they’ve earned every bit of this 5-star review. Jim and his team run an outstanding shop. Whether it’s regular maintenance or unexpected emergency issues, they always get me taken care of quickly and with the right parts. The whole team is professional, honest, and dependable. This establishment has done a complete 180 from where it was 3 years ago! I used to handle all of my alignments, rotations, balances and tire purchases through this firestone location for years, about three years ago it seemed their overall service had slacked off. I had swore I would never go back! Fast forward to today when I gave them another chance after a friend had told me how they are making a come back and recommended I give them another opportunity.
