From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, patient, and professional. They listened carefully to what I was experiencing, asked good questions, and explained what they were going to check in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or talked down to. The associates kept me updated throughout the process and were very honest about what I actually needed. There was no pressure to buy anything extra. I stopped by Firestone to get an oil change on my Audi A6, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. This was the first time I’ve used someone other than the dealership to change my oil so I was a little nervous at first. The team worked quickly, kept me updated, and treated my car with great care. I want to give a special shoutout to Warren, he truly turned my day around. I came in feeling a little off after a rough morning, but his kindness, patience, and genuine attitude really made a difference. I brought my car in for a pre-trip inspection and was told my brakes were bad, needed more brake fluid, coolant level wasn’t to par, spark plugs, etc. They wanted to charge me over $1500 for all of this. I took my car to the Burbank location in Baton Rouge and I was told a COMPLETELY different story. Burbank told me the only thing that needed attention was my battery. In fact I had a test result sheet from both the Gonzales location and the Burbank location of my battery. Gonzales said it was fine, but the date on the test result sheet was 3 days before I brought my car in..so they lied and found some old paper to pretend was my results. Warren was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through my options without pressuring me. It’s not every day you get service like that. I left feeling confident about my purchase and safe on the road. He definitely deserves recognition for how well he treats customers.
