Firestone Complete Auto Care

I recently had my oil changed and tire rotation done on a 2017 Buick Enclave at the Greensburg Pa store. When I went to leave the store I realized that my TPMS had not been relearned. I went back to ask if it had been done I was told it would relearn after I drove it. Unfortunately on this vehicle the procedure requires a relearning tool. The store was busy and I did not want to dispute the mechanics answer plus I was late for another appointment. Now I will have to pay to have the system relearned or purchase the tool and do it myself. Very disappointed Jim Chenoweth

I had the best auto service today. Anthony and his crew were able to fix my AC issue that the dealership I bought it from failed to do, and disclose. They also found an issue that was not disclosed to me when I bought this vehicle. The guys did an awesome job at Firestone! My hat is off to you. Excellent service, everyone explained it in great detail. I will be coming back here for my future vehicle maintenance needs. Again, thank you so much!!

We noticed a gouge on the side wall of one of our tires less than 24 hours before a long trip. They were able to fit us in quickly for new tires. Great service!

I took my truck in for an alignment and they went at it with a pipe wrench. This chews up the metal and paint giving rust a stronghold. I was also told the steering wheel alignment was maxed out for adjustablity.. No they were just too pressed to do it correctly and remove the ball joint connection and adjust it correctly. I have no time or money for people that don't take pride in their craft. Won't be back.
