Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was a walk in and had an issue with my tire pressure sensor on my 2008 mustang. They were fast and accurate and not over priced. They did try to get me to buy all new tires. But didnt push after I said no. And they didnt try to tell me that 10 things were wrong with my car and needed replaced like they have in the past. So I was thankful for that. I also got an alignment done while I was there (I have lifetime alignment it).

I tried to go to the Hamilton Place location and even though they were empty and didn’t seem busy they told me they couldn’t get me in then but could I leave my car and didn’t seem to want my business since it wasn’t making them money today. (Lifetime alignment) I left frustrated as it is my only off day before I have to go out of town for work and so I called the Hixson location and spoke the Wesley the manager who told me he would be more than happy to have my business. Said it would take about an hour, hour and a half if I didn’t mind to wait but to come on in and they would get me taken care of. They got me right in the minute I walked in the door, told me shortly after what other things I need to consider for my car in the near future, shared the upcoming sales and gave me some ballpa

The team completely took care of me and my emergency when I arrived. I had a busted coolant line, and it was close to closing. They were able to find the repair parts and picked it up. Then they were able to finish fixing my car and had me back out on the road before they closed so that I wouldn't have to leave my car overnight. The tech even stayed after his shift was supposed to end to ensure my car was fixed! I am extremely happy!

Had appointment for oil change. Quick drop off and gave explanation of knocking sound we wanted them to check out as well. Called later to explain what they found and exact cost of all the proposed services. Also emailed a report that included pictures of the issue which was greatly appreciated. We authorized the fix and picked car up a few hours later. It was same price quoted on the phone.

Got 4 tires mounted and balanced. Called to make appointment and specifically asked if they would install tps sensors that I bought from Amazon, while mounting tire. Was told yes, even told him name brand to see if they could program for my vehicle. Told yes, most likely will be no problem. Asked for a total price and set appointment. Get there and they don't install tps sensors from other sources, acted like nobody told me that on phone, then charged more for the service than quoted. Will not go there again.
