It is a comfortable environment to wait for your car. I had tire rotation, alignment and oil change. The cabin filter was in need of replacement. I okayed it. All my fluids were topped off and I requested the spare tire be checked to ensure it was appropriately inflated. Tommy, the front person, was hustling to get people in and out. If you wait, it does take awhile. They will text you when done.

The employees were all very kind and knowledgeable. I made an appointment prior to my visit for my annual car inspection as well as getting my oil changed. They were very thorough checking all my fluids and advising me on a couple of other things that needed to be done. The waiting area was clean and neat. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. Firestone is my go to place for all my automotive needs to maintain keeping my car running properly. Thanks so much.

The technician, Isaiah, was thorough and efficient, taking great care of my car. I came in for an oil change, alignment, and state inspection, and everything was done in a timely manner with clear communication along the way. It’s refreshing to find a place where both customer service and quality of work are top notch! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service.

i receive absolutely horrible service. i brought my car in because there was a leak. picked it up the next day with them saying my car is fine. 5 minutes after pulling off the lot my engine light comes on (which hasn't come on in years). i bring it back and they say the light was never on and nothing is wrong with the car. i drive it a few days and now the car won't even start. this is ridiculous and i do not recommend coming here for car service
