*UPDATE* *ANOTHER UPDATE **BAD** Final update. overall the office side of things was good, andy and dustin worked hard to make things right, but the service side was very bad, didn’t fix my issue and broke some of my plastics, ended up costing me 2200$ and over a month just to have to beg for my money back. Like i said the office side was pretty professional but the service side was terrible and overall I cannot recommend you bring your car here for a major service - an oil change might be ok but anything more take it somewhere else. After driving the car for about 25 miles over 1 hour the noise I have been hearing from the start is still present. I will need the steering rack replaced - which the service advisor told me I shouldn't need after the other dealership told me it needed to be

Experience of getting new tires was fantastic! I found my tires online and made the appointment and everything went very smoothly. The store even gave me a greater discount than offered for taking out a Firestone Mastercard. Great service!

The service advisors don't seem to care whether your vehicle is taken care of or not. I bought my tires here for both of my vehicles and I go here just so that I can get free tire rotation and balance. Which they don't do have the time even when I request it. They have online scheduling but when I do use it they always cancel the appointment. And I have to call to make an appointment. What is the point of having online appointments when they just cancel them for no reason and don't bother calling you. That itself shows lazy customer service. I think in the future I will just spend the extra money and go to Midas. And I have been a customer here for 15 years. And the service level has just gone downhill.

I visited Firestone for my yearly check up. I have used them exclusively since owning my used car. They are honest, reliable, experienced. I can afford their service and I trust them. Except Batteries - (pricey) lacking long term warranty. But the services - seriously it is very, very good and reliable.

I got my oil changed a few days ago and after a day or so, it was leaking pretty badly. I called Pat at the end of the day on Monday and in spite of having a full schedule, he got me in immediately and corrected the issue. Pat treated me like a friend and I appreciate him! That is exactly how you get customers to keep coming back. These guys always do an excellent job! Thanks again, Pat!
