Firestone Complete Auto Care

Gotta give a shout out to the team at Firestone in Jasper Alabama. These guys are amazing anytime I’ve ever brought one of my vehicles in the shop. They have always been able to get me squared away and out the door. Their texts are phenomenal. Their management team insanely good if y’all haven’t been There you guys have to go there the management team and their service advisors are very professional, very polite and extremely friendly. They will definitely be seeing me again.

I came in to have my vehicle serviced and aligned I wasn’t sure if Firestone was gonna be able to do it considering that my vehicle is customized wheels, body kit, ride height, etc. I’ve been to other places and nobody was willing to touch my vehicle. I stopped at Firestone and all that changed. I initially didn’t want to go to Firestone only because of past incidences in a whole other state, but since I tried everywhere else, this location was my last resort and to my surprise they delivered, and when I say they delivered, they definitely delivered. My vehicle was perfectly aligned. They advised me of some things that my vehicle needed I didn’t get the additional work done, but when I’m ready. I’d like to share a great experience with Firestone auto care in Jasper. I worked with Jordan Sherer on my Honda 2000. He was great! Worked with me when my car needed tires. He checked my vehicle gave me a great price and I lucked out with an extra discount due to an extra savings event. He explained all my options and checked added things on my car without charge. I’m so happy to do all my car care with Jordan and Firestone on Hwy 78W. Not only tires but all my car care. Hats off to Firestone and Jordan Sherer where I feel confident with exceptional service.

We broke down on a Sunday and luckily Firestone was open. Jordan the service manager was so helpful, thorough and kind that we knew we were in the right place for repairs. It was not a simple repair but he was able to get our parts by Tuesday morning and we were on the road by noon also because Thomas our original mechanic came in on his day off so that he could be the one to finish the job. The whole experience was excellent! We were very lucky to find this Firestone and these mechanics when we needed them.

After a bad experience at Mavis Tire (they incorrectly diagnosed my car and lied about my brakes being bad!), I came to Firestone to get my car checked out. They were able to properly diagnose my car, and saved me a lot of money! My brakes were perfectly fine, and I needed a wheel bearing and axle instead.
