my daughter got a nail in her tire late in the afternoon on a Sunday. We got there only about a 1h before closing and they took us in and fixed it very quickly. I have gone to other places in the past in the late afternoon and they tell me I have to come back tomorrow. We appreciate the great last minute service, will definitely come back to Firestone

They are very detailed in their assessment and recommendations while also being practical about presenting my options. They give the sort of attention you would expect from a small town garage that your family has known forever while delivering the quality of a large company with a lot of expertise and resources.
