My fiancé and I initially went in sometime around Dec 2024, and got to test drive our dream jeep, We were told it was in our budget, sat down to see numbers, then were told it was around 15,000 more than the original price they gave us. After that experience we thought we'd never be back, but my fiancé had received a call in Sept of 2025, asking about the experience and if we were still in the market for a car. I arrived early. The guy who helped me was William. We called weeks ahead and we told them what we wanted and the woman on the phone gave us a quote and when I arrived on the scheduled day, the guy William told me there was a package for oil change and tire Ro. He quoted 100 dollars more than what we spoke about and what we needed done. Later on I asked him what’s in the package deal thing you offered, he then said oh it’s not really a package, I was like what? This guy. Then why even offer it? He said they don’t do liquids and whatever else Smh then the service took about closer to 4hours he said it would be 2-3hrs. This my second time coming here and then again nothing but awesome service. I referred my Daughter and she was Blessed as well. She brought her friend and she was also blessed. Telling you if you need a car, these guys will do what ever in their power to make sure you get the right assistance and very determine to make sure you leave with something. They are very patient and their understanding is beyond me. They listen and is very empathetic. I left bk in 2020 with a 2017 Mazda CX5 with about 24,000 miles, car is beautiful , loved it and still do. It’s done right by me ever since as well Windward City has.
