Lance and the crew were quick and professional. I came into to "fast lane" without an appointment and was taken care of with very little wait time. Always a great job by the service team at King Windward Nissan.

Thank-you to Joelle in the service dept. Amazing service and had me in and out quickly … Free vehicle inspection is a GREAT perk of being a loyal and repeat customer of King Windward! Thanks to Jessica Kondo & Joelle again for helping me to get a second appt. for a duplicate safety certificate after I stupidly threw out the wrong one😩. It was “no problem” and taken care of at my convenience… love my truck & love doing business with these guys.

I stopped in to inquire about a safety check. Malia checked the schedule and had an opening right then. I waited about 40 minutes and it was done. EST part was there was no charge because I bought the car there! What a deal and what great service!

I have no problem with service department they are top notch, to keeping my truck running great when needed. I did have a disappoint the day after Christmas & I get it Nissan might be short handed. I made an appointment for a Safety check & was still waiting an hour & half, went to speak to a service agent & asked; what is an appointment for, if it take over an hour & Half a safety check?? He said where is your car, I said right there! Where I can see it by the door. He said it was going in very shortly, I said, it's been an hour & a half, it should have been done already! Took about 20 minutes & I see my truck is done!... ALL I Can say it not your worker that are not doing there job, because They are & They show up with came on attitudes. Service at King Windward Nissan is top notch, I don’t even own a Nissan, but bring all my vehicles here for maintenance. You can’t go wrong with any of the Service Advisors, but Joelle been taking care of me for years. Joelle always makes me feel like family and made sure my TRUCK was taken care of in a timely manner. Dealership environment is welcoming as well, all staff is friendly and coffee, tea and hot chocolate are all on the house. If you’re lucky sometimes the staff have goodies and they always share with every customer. If you’re looking for a new ride go check out my nephew Wally, he’ll take care of you and whether you’re service customer or sales customer at King Windward Nissan, they really are life time friends!!!
