This place documents everything they do and then they meticulously go over it with you, and give you the opportunity to ask questions. I really liked that a lot as someone who doesn't understand very much about vehicles. The technician I spoke to really cared about doing their job well. The quote that they had originally given me was saved in a way that made it harder for them to reference when I did come in, and so I had to speak with the manager to get that resolved. He was incredibly kind and willing to put in the work to find the quote and ensured I was able to get the price on that quote. Last Saturday, 1/17/2026, I was far from home. I turned off my car and it didn’t start again. I called a tow truck, a rental car agency, and the dealership. Every light in the dash lit up I was scared. When the tow truck arrived, he diagnosed it was a loose battery connection. He tightened it enough so that the car would start but recommended I go to the nearby Firestone for additional service. I went to the Firestone close to the Columbia Center Mall. Regretfully I didn’t write down the names of the two men who helped me. The service was quick and I was not charged. I am very pleased and grateful. I would recommend this store!

I had such a great experience at Firestone! Carlos and Stephen were both amazing — super friendly, professional, and honest. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was taken care of quickly. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but these two definitely do. Just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend FireStone Auto in Kennewick. Called last week looking for a set of Blizzak winter tires, Stephen was able to get them ordered and delivered to his store faster than anyone in/around Tri Cities. Multiple places gave me the runaround, CRAZY prices or said shipping was WEEKS out. Anyways, would definitely recommend giving this place a call for anything tire related. 🤘🏼

I regularly have my vehicles serviced at Firestone in Kennewick. They always do a great job in a timely manner. The staff are polite. They are able to get my vehicle looked at quicker than any other shop in town no matter the time of year. I will continue to utilize them for both tires and vehicle maintenance/repair.
