Firestone Complete Auto Care

I showed up to get an alignment and they told me I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 12:00 pm, at 2:00 they finally pulled my truck into the bay. 30 mins later they tell me they can’t even do the alignment since the year of my truck isn’t in the system to see the specs. I informed the year, make, and model on the phone just to be told hours later in person that it’s not do-able. Such a waste of time. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

I needed an alignment recheck and tire rotation during a long road trip. Corbin, Trent and Dane absolutely did not hesitate to assist. They made sure everything was done correctly and set me up to safely continue my trip. I'd go back here any day. Whether you're a local or not, come get work done here. They are an excellent representation of what Firestone should be. Great job guys!

I was 3 hours away from home, traveling alone, when my "low tire pressure" light came on, which was very concerning. I happened to see the Firestone sign, I pulled in and asked if it would be possible to have someone check my pressure. The gentleman in the office, politely had a very nice young lady check the pressure, which she did, along with inspecting the tire that was low, she made sure all my tires had proper air pressure before letting me leave. This simple act of kindness gave me the peace of mind I needed to get back home.

Fixed up my breaks real good. However my truck mainly came in for an overheating issue and said it was a thermostat. I got that changed and the breaks fixed. However when I picked up my truck the temps were sporadic but weren’t over heating. It did not overheat until I started towing. I called them about it and told me they didn’t know what could be wrong. I then got towing vehicle towed to my destination’s Firestone. They said it was the radiator cap and it fixed it I also found out Firestone does military discount and I called back this location if they could backdate the discount and told me the manager would reach out. Never did

Went there for an engine diagnostic due to a jerking motion in my car. In my results they stated “VALVE COVER GASKET LEAKING OIL. COILS AND PLUGS SATURATED IN OIL+”. I opened my hood and pulled out the spark plugs and the coils to find out there was no oil on them at all, they just were burnt out. They tried to charge me $1700 for this service when there was actually no leak in my valve cover gasket. If you come here for a diagnostic in the future be sure to confirm/check the problem yourself!
