Bianca was extremely friendly and helpful when booking my appointment and when explaining what parts/services I needed. They are very honest about what you do and don't need to get done. You can tell they truly want to help you and your car. Don is very kind, honest and accommodating about pricing. They all really went above and beyond to ensure I not only had a good experience but that I got back on the road the same day even with quite a bit of work done on my car.

Just wanted to stop by and say what an excellent job this Firestone has done to help us out! We just moved here and our Ford expedition radiator cracked and was leaking so bad. We brought it in, they did tests and replaced it quickly for us! Even helped us walk through applying for a Firestone credit card. When we brought it in, bianca was so nice and helped us get the car checked in and tested. Donnie helped us with a quote and got it fixed up quickly! Thank you so much.

Ever since I moved to Lakewood I’ve had many excellent experiences at Firestone on Vance St in Lakewood. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me get exactly what I needed. Donnie, the location GM, is incredible! Donnie took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions. That level of transparency is rare.

The staff at this location are friendly, helpful, and I feel like they are genuinely looking out for me and my car's best. The manager, Don is amazing at explaining my car's issues to me and helping me prioritize emergent issues on a tight budget. Antony, the mechanic who has been working on my car for months now, has provided fast, reliable, and honest care. He remembered my car's name and cared for her like his own. The front desk staff is wonderful too, Bianca helped me understand complicated language about my car and ensured I was informed and safe and Nick was friendly the whole time and showed he had my best in mind. I felt very taken care of here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for repairs.

Donny and the team at Firestone on Vance are awesome! They do great work fast, communicate progress and are super helpful every time I need something. I got a new set of Bridgestones on my Yukon and ended up with a leak on one of them a few weeks in. Turns out I had a cracked rim (not their fault). They found the issue and installed the new tire on the new rim I bought at no charge. Great service and easy to work with.
