I was having a hard morning. Replaced the battery in my keyfob and the key fell between the seats. I looked. My coworker looked. We were gonna be late! In a rush I had my spare key and tried to get started..low tire pressure light on 🥹 I came to Firestone and explained my situation to the kind gentleman behind the desk, Brian. Suffice to say they found my key and fixed my tire in record time and I’m back on my way! 5 stars!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Screwed up an oil change on our Kia. It broke down and ended up at Coughlin Kia. Firestone never showed up to document the damages claiming the vehicle wasnt there. Then after agreeing to pay for the correct oil change I just got a call and Firestone never returned a call or anything to the dealership and never paid them. This place is so poorly ran if it wasnt corporate it would already by closed. If you see this and still use them you deserve every issue you get.

Several issues needed addressed on my vehicle. Ryan was very helpful in conveying those to Tyler, who addressed all the issues. The alignment was spot on and drove smoothly, especially after fixing, rotating and balanced my tires.

We love Firestone. Got our tires roated today. The ease of scheduling is so easy and get text messages as a reminder and a phone call when our car is ready to be picked up. Amazing people from start to finish!
