I had a flat tire upon pulling into the Shopping plaza. Walked into Firestone and was greeted by Michael. I told him what happened to my car. He immediately assessed my tire and promptly explained what had to be done. Couldn’t be repaired so he ordered me a new tire. The tire came in the next morning and was replaced. I had a headlight out, which we later realized was because a different service center did not replace it properly, and I was greeted but Jeff and John who helped me! They were friendly, customer service driven, and quick. All around great service. Thank you to both of them!

Jeff here was fantastic! My car was in and out. And had the best customer service I have encountered in a while. John the manager was also amazing!

I called about getting tires mounted and they had me bring them in. Within an hour had them mounted and ready to go. They really take care of their customers!!!
