Lacey Collision

I recently purchased a new vehicle that unfortunately was rear-ended just a few months later, and I was pretty bummed. That being said, I knew my vehicle would be in good hands with Lacey Collision. I’ve taken past cars here before, but the damage had never been this bad. I brought my SUV in for a quote, and they were able to quickly provide an estimate for insurance. They then scheduled the repair and had my car for about a week while fixing the damage. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! It was also extremely clean, and the inside smelled great. Everyone at Lacey Collision is very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the process even better. I highly recommend them, I feel very safe trusting my vehicles here.

In my opinion my experience with Lacey Collision was a mess from start to finish. The communication was poor, the pricing made no sense, and the end result wasn’t worth what I paid. I left feeling like I spent a lot of money for work that didn’t match the price or the promises. Nothing about the process felt professional or organized. Based on what I went through, I wouldn’t trust them with my car again.

In my opinion Lacey Collision is a straight-up money trap. They pulled me in with a cheap-sounding rate, then doubled and tripled everything once the car was already in their hands. No heads-up, no courtesy call — just a massive bill at the end like I was supposed to be cool with it. Total scam vibes.

In my opinion I had a really disappointing experience with Lacey Collision. The cosmetic work they did on my vehicle came out poorly—panels didn’t line up right, the finish looked rushed, and it definitely wasn’t the quality I expected for the price.
