If Google had more stars, I would give it all to Ryan's Servicenter. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and like every other review says, they pride themselves in treating each customer like family. I purchased a slightly modified car last year with unknown history which I daily and wrench at once in a while. One thing I was terrified of dealing with was the charging system. My luck ran out last week when the charging light came on. I shut off the car and drove it here the next day. No kidding, the car and power steering gave out as I was turning off of Rt 9 but somehow I made it into the parking lot of the shop. I was pretty overwhelmed with the situation, trying not to stall my manual car and all while losing power, and just left the car in front of the shop as I had pulled i

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Ryan’s for many years and trust them completely with all of my automotive needs. Jordan and Meghan are exceptional — knowledgeable, helpful, and always straightforward. Ryan’s consistently follows through and never leaves me guessing. The quality of their workmanship is consistently top-notch. I also have family members who have worked there, and they’ve always spoken highly of the high standards and expectations held for every technician.

Customer service was excellent. The girl I had set the appointment up with was very nice and helpful. However, I brought my car in to find out what was causing a noise underneath, and after the inspection, I couldn’t get a clear answer. My car does have a lot of ongoing issues which I’m aware of. When I spoke to the service advisor whom was very nice, she wouldn’t or couldn’t tell me what was causing the noise. She danced around the subject saying my car has safety concerns, which I’m aware of. The report did help in my confirmation of the issue. I’m disappointed, but not surprised.

I'd give you less if I could. These people wasted 3 days of my time. They agreed to take warranty work, then arbitrarily decided I gave them bad vibes and would not be likely enough to pay my bill. The shop looks nice, but that's about all to say about them. I made an appointment a week in advance, arrived early, responded immediately to all phone calls and texts, I WAS POLITE, even when I was surprised by a bill larger than I had planned to pay, and provided all necessary documents upon arrival. Just know they are likely to waste your time and insult your financial abilities before you go through with giving them your keys.

10/2/25. I was charged over $650 to replace a battery and a light bulb. When my AC wasn’t working and I needed a reset, the front desk woman on the left wanted to charge me $189 for a new diagnoses for a new problem. All they had to do was make good on their warranty, because I had no AC problems when the vehicle was brought in for the battery replacement. She had me come in the next day misleading me that they would do the reset to fix the AC/controls. I received no receipt, she told me I now need a new AC blower and the AC was on. I asked to speak to a manager, never met Ryan, the owner. She then told me they would no longer service my vehicle and they are not the right fit for me.
