I booked an appointment one week ahead of the drop off. I dropped my vehicle off for 6 hours. I called and asked if it was ready. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I dropped the vehicle off to get new tire and an oil change. They gave me the key at the front desk and said I was good to go. They did not change the tires or the oil. Instead they topped my fluids off and charged me for that. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.

Great job on a short notice Saturday appointment for a 4 tire replacement online. The guys did a quick job on the steel rims. Atlanta? Manager easy to deal with. Not bombarded with upselling makes for a good experience.

Fast, honest, and expert service. I described the problem and the mechanic told me his plan to diagnose and repair or replace the problem. He called me and advised me of his progress and get my assent to replace the part.

My husband had the absolute worst experience he has ever had at any business at this location. We are not from Leavenworth, and unfortunately, he had a flat tire on a trailer and had to purchase a new one. The staff refused to remove the tire because they said they are not able to work on trailers, which would have been understandable if they had shown any willingness to help otherwise. Instead, he was stranded over an hour from home with no jack and no way to get the tire off the trailer. On top of that, they told him he could not even park in their lot to try and remove the tire himself. The employees were extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. I will never visit this location again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else.

Friendly, helpful in understanding tire conditions and grades, near-term appointment (didn’t have to wait long), many tire options with reasonable prices, top-quality results. I always seek Firestone when I have tire needs.
