Had some swollen lug nuts on my vehicle. Was able to do a walk in appointment. They had me back on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend this location. We will be returning with our vehicles again. Great crew and super friendly

Firestone is the real deal. From the front desk to the mechanics, the entire team goes above and beyond. I originally went to Graham Tire in Lincoln, NE, for a brake replacement quote, but the price felt unusually high. I decided to get a second opinion at Firestone, and I’m glad I did. Not only did they provide a quote that was literally half the cost, but they also got the job done the same day with great service. These guys are honest, efficient, and earned my trust. Highly recommend!

The guys today were hoping for a good review. While I'm pleased with the work and the guys being able to salvage some parts we were concerned weren't fixable, I'm NOT very happy with the experience or time management of this crew. I called a few days ahead of when I wanted to get my car serviced (brakes and oil change). I asked to make an appointment. I was gas lit despite all efforts into just dropping the car off and they'd "fit it in". I was told if it was there at 7 am it'd be looked at first thing and then it'd be a 3 ish hour timeline for it to be done. I planned to drop off the night before WHILE they were open so they could pull it in and I didn't have to leave my keys on the floor of the store lobby with the key drop. They were supposed to be open until 6 pm I got there at 5:15 pm

Not impressed with Firestone, I called a few days in advance trying to get an alignment for my 1993 pickup, I was told to just bring it in and they would do it without having to schedule anything. When I got to the store the front desk guy said they can’t work on something that old. I understand not being able to do service on something 30 years old but wasting a paying customer’s time isn’t very professional in my opinion. Only reason this isn’t a one star review is because the guy was fairly respectful. Just go to a different shop.

Service guy was rude and no help at all. Called several times for a good time to drop it off and thought it would be routein. Dropped my car off for a tire around eight or so and called back at 10:45 to see if they had it guy told me they look at it after noon hopefully. I said that’s what you said this morning are you gonna look at it at noon or not cause I don’t have all day for a tire. Guy told me no and to just get it. No one has four hours for them not to look look it up while they sit at the computer and not have the common curiosity to get back to me. Zero customer service skills or interest in it
