I had a 6:00 PM appointment and arrived early, dropping my vehicle off at 5:40 PM. When I came into the store, no one was at the counter. A line formed behind me, including someone waiting to pick up their vehicle. When an employee finally came out, they made eye contact with me, so I began speaking, but instead of helping the customers standing there, they picked up the phone and took a call. From the start, the experience was disorganized and unprofessional. No one called to confirm whether they could actually perform the service. Instead, once I was finally addressed, I was told in person that “wheel alignments usually take an hour and 45 minutes or more,” which made it seem like they were reluctant to take my car at all. I specifically came in to purchase the lifetime wheel alignment

My last few appointments at my local firestone in Livingston NJ we not great. This last one was excellent. Doug at the desk is the absolute best. He asks me about my family how my kids are doing tells it like it is. Ray was my technician and really did a great job explaining things to me. He told me to ask for him from now on which I will do. Great experience and thank you to Doug and Ray.

I had a valve cap replacement on Thursday, Feb 5th. After paymemt and picking up my car, I observed that all of the warning lights were on the dashboard. I went back in to the desk. The issue was resolved. I left Firestone for the second time and after driving for a mile or so, I realized that my touch screen was dark. My keys were never returned to me! Awful situation.
