Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had a flat when I came out of work, aired up tire and started to head home, it was 6:30 pm. I figured i would have to get it fixed tomorrow and would drive slow to the house. I thought Firestone was closed but as I passed I saw a bay door open so called and turned around, they said they closed in 20 mins. I advised them of my dilemma and they said come in and we will fix it. Drove in they took me right away fixed my tire and had me back in the road. Money Mike and Cooper were great. I really appreciate them helping me by fixing my tire. They could have said they were closing but they didn't they took the time to fix it for me. Thanks Guys!!! Ronnie you need to get Money Mike some business cards!

Great Service. Talked very respectfully and in a genuine tone. Great Service from the Mechanics also. Y’all Rock too Gentlemen. Everyone at Firestone on Hwy 190 in Mandeville, Louisiana from the Receptionist Desk to the Mechanics there, they really did a wonderful job. Please please keep up the hard work that y’all have to endure on a daily basis Mechanics included. Y'all definitely deserve it.

They were very busy when I arrived, but they made me feel like I was a priority and took time to listen to me describe my car’s issues. I dropped it off and they told be me I would be contacted soon. They called back just as. They said and discussed what they were going to do and gave me enough info so I would have an idea of the cost. Again, they had a lot of cars on site to be serviced, but they were able to get me in and out same day.

I showed up at 7:10 this morning (no appointment) with a nail in my tire. My car had two brand new and very reasonably priced tires on it by 10:15 a.m. The staff is incredibly courteous and respectful of your time. If I could give ten stars I would. Absolutely the best service ever.

Dustin at Firestone saved us at least $100 on replacing a car battery. He was patient and was more interested in ordering the correct battery than overselling. We love Firestone Mandeville and trust them completely with my auto needs.
