Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a great experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Maricopa on John Wayne Pkwy. John at the front desk was very accommodating and immediately agreed to have someone help me out. Omar came over to the Autozone parking lot and was extremely helpful in resetting the computer on my VW Jetta after I had just purchased a new battery from Autozone. Both John and Omar went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I made an appointment specifically for a muffler inspection — nothing more, nothing less. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00, and when I arrived, I was told it would take an hour. How does a simple muffler inspection take an hour, especially when I had a scheduled appointment? If you can’t honor appointment times, don’t schedule them. Save yourself the time and frustration — I recommend finding another shop

I have been using Firestone for my complete auto care for years. I am no mechanic, and trust Firestone. After learning I had a nail in 1 of my tires, and being 1,000 miles from home, it was an easy decision to get a new tire. After about a 24 hour wait for the tire to come in, I was extremely disappointed to learn that the wrong size had been ordered. Not by me, but by the professionals that I trust my car care to. This required me to came back even later, for the correct tire. On the day before Thanksgiving, this literally shot the whole day. Although the staff was friendly, I feel as if this kind of mistake should have been avoided. Did I mention that when I returned for the original appointment, they were unsure which tire had a nail in it. Wow.

We dropped our vehicle off, it was towed in limp mode. Would not go over 5 miles an hour. This was explained to gentleman at the counter. We stated that we could leave it over night but would need it in the afternoon the next day. We never received a phone call with suggested services. My husband had to call three times, no one ever called to speak to us. The first call my husband was told the tech that could diagnose was running late. He waited three hours and called back again. He was told that they still had not checked it out. The last time was after 3:00pm, he was told then that the car was done and ready for pick up. We were never given a diagnosis, never told about suggested services. We will never bring our cars back to the location in Maricopa again. I will never suggest
