Firestone Complete Auto Care

Kelsey was absolutely WONDERFUL! I had a car emergency, and she got me in and was extremely friendly. The mechanic was great as well, and I felt very confident in their ability to complete what needed to be done. Thankfully, my car issues were not too expensive. I was extremely grateful for all they did yesterday and for the excellent customer service!

I recently visited the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Mentor, Ohio, and was assisted by Kelsie. She was incredibly nice and understanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with the service. The team was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience stress-free. I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands thanks to Kelsie and the entire staff.

I had a flat tire over the weekend and I called to see if I could have it fixed. I believe the person I spoke to her name is Rachel. She was great upbeat friendly she took care of it and got me in and out and for that, I do appreciate her Service. she was very kind straightforward explaining to the customers, including myself with the expectation. How long is it gonna take? She’s doing a great job. You guys are lucky to have one like that.

I began using Firestone of Mentor as the primary source for all of my car maintenance needs in 2019. But in 2023, I began to encounter many issues, including the same issues repeatedly occurring. I eventually reached out to the corporate office and was put in touch with the Area Manager. He appreciated my feedback and said the entire staff would receive additional coaching. Did I have to endure years of poor experiences so that I could help them identify coaching opportunities to provide better service to other customers? When he asked if there was anything else he could do, I said I would accept some compensation (thinking he would offer a couple oil changes or something). I don’t write reviews but I am like I picked tires out online and scheduled an appointment the appointment was at 12 I got here he said he had 3 tires to choose from idk what ones I picked online so I picked the tires then he says I’ll have to come back at 3 to get them on. I showed up late 3:40 and the tires aren’t here. Now he says he has an off brand 40 mins away he’ll send someone to get those because he doesn’t know where the ones I picked out earlier at 12 are. Now I’m looking at leaving here around 7. My time is worth something. I will say the front desk man was nice….
