Paid $1000, left with a window that won't work that was fine when they took it in- Dropped off car for thermostat + coolant work. Kept vehicle a week due to repeatedly ordering wrong parts. Picked it up late due to them repeatedly giving me the wrong pickup and lead times. Driver window no longer worked (worked before drop-off). Staff refused to repair damage and told me to “just take it.” Filed corporate complaint Update: after somebody reached out on Google reviews with a message on here I replied to the email they suggested with my corporate complaint number and reiterated my issues. They told me the regional manager would be in contact with me within 48 hours to resolve this. That was two days ago. I haven't heard from anybody. Had my car towed by asap towing on 2/18/2026 to the Firestone on McKinley in Mishawaka IN for repairs to take place 2/19/2026. They Replaced Serpentine belt and they also replaced the belts tensioner total was approximately $530. When I picked my car up I noticed the hood was open, went to close it and it wouldn't close, went and looked inside my car and I noticed the hood latch release was broken. I immediately addressed the issue with the manager, AND HE TRIED TO SAY IT WAS LIKE THAT WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT IN AND TRIED TO BLAME ASAP TOWING (also have pictures and complete car inspection) I told them no, it wasn't. Had a hard time getting a hold of anyone at first but once I got connected a gentlemen on the phone named Brandon gave me reassurance. He apologized for the phone being weird and told me to bring my car in. He was honest that there’d be a wait but my care would be taken care of. The service I received was safe, trustworthy, comfortable, and more importantly affordable! Will be bringing my car here for future work!

I 1st took my Accord to Firestone for a diagnostic everything went very good Then a tire repair no issues ..The 3rd time I needed a dye leak test done So I drove it a couple days then took it back to have him check where the leak was Well instead of checking it he was spraying it clean And the tech must have been having a bad day and damaged the trunk of my car.So I asked the manager Jay what needed to be done to resolve the issue He then proceeded to let me know to get 3 estimates for the damages OK so I did that and 6 weeks later nothing It was always an excuse of him blaming his upper management.
