1,500 miles from home, the Firestone guts gave us great advice to NOT pay them to do work that may not be needed. Their honesty and knowledge made us feel so much better about our trip home. When my daughter comes here in the fall for college, she'll be bringing her car here!

Good place to go if you have a Ford (e.g. 2016 Escape) and need a battery replacement ASAP. I had a completely dead battery, the soonest appointment at the local Ford dealer was days away and no auto part store would install a new battery (because Ford's design has the battery unreachable unless you take off the covering strip below the wipers). Physical disability prevents me from installing one myself and giving this place a call saved me multiple days of constant jump pack necessity. I had a flat tire on a rental car and was directed to this location. Despite being busy they managed to squeeze me in and when the tire couldn't be repaired was able to perform a replacement. They helped me handle the reimbursement process which was less than smooth with the rental company. This is a great place and is managed by top-notch professionals. I highly recommend.

I bought a set of tires here and it was so easy and hassle free that I came back for an oil change and coolant exchange a year later. They’ve been upfront about what services I can wait to do and what needs to be immediately. They’re also really great about finding coupons for me. I will definitely keep taking my Jeep there.

Go here!!! The two gentleman who assisted me were excellent. I needed a full set of tires and they squeezed me in, last minute, during their busy schedule and completed the job quickly. I was previously given information from a different tire shop that declared I needed a new spare to replace a spare I never used and was only two years old. Justin had his guys take a look at my spare free of charge. They let me know that my current spare was perfectly fine.
