Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had them install new tires on my truck a couple weeks ago. I noticed that they damaged my rims by completely gouging the sides of them. After multiple calls they still refuse to return my calls. Go use Genes Tires like everyone else does in the area. Update: Their claims department reached out to me to notify me that they did not do the damage nor do they have the tools to do that type of damage. Even though I clearly watched them use pry bars and slip them across my rim and having to readjust the boot several times to install the new tire. The actual store still has yet to reach out to me to even offer an apology or response at all from all the calls/messages that have never been returned.

He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed in a clear, honest way with no pressure and no upselling, just great customer service. The work was completed in a timely manner , and I left feeling confident everything was handled correctly. A special thank-you to Charlie, the mechanic who worked on my car—he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. Terrible experience. Came in because I had a nail in my tire. I either needed a patch or a new tire. I was told when I called that I could be serviced after an oil change in about 20-30 minutes. I sat there for over TWO hours. My car stayed in the same spot the entire time up until the last 15 minutes I was there. I witnessed other people coming in asking for service at 5:20 (I had already been waiting an hour) and heard the guy say “I don’t know, we close at 6 but I can try to fit you in.” The man was serviced before me even though I had been there an hour at this time already.
