Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’ve been going here for years with my Explorer. They always get the job done when they said they would. I always do an appointment, so I know roughly when the work will be completed. They are very busy so walk ins tend to take longer for them, which is understandable. The work they have done has always been great.

I had an outstanding experience at Firestone today thanks to Darrion! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the work being done. Very thorough in their inspection and communication with me about what needed to be done. Answered all questions with great thought and detail. Gave me the best deal possible on their pricing. Work was done same day I came into the store and I did not wait very long at all. All involved were very nice as well.

Darrion was awesome! He was such a polite and professional young man. They were able to work us in on a busy morning in our mild emergency of getting a flat tire after running over something on the highway. Darrion and Tyler were courteous and quick with the repair. I had my wife take my vehicle in for me for an oil change and alignment while I was at work (I purchased their lifetime alignment package since it seemed like a good deal). She scheduled an 8am appointment, and assumed that since the time slot was available, they would be able to start working on her vehicle then or close to then (within 30 minutes). Unfortunately it was 2 hours before the car even made it from the parking lot to the bay to be worked on. The place was severely understaffed and parking lot was full. When asking the staff how long they thought it would take to complete the job (she had a prior obligation at 11), they told her what had to be done still (everything) but did not give any kind of time estimate, so she had to ask them to cancel the alignment and just do the oil c
