Firestone Complete Auto Care

Today I got a flat tire because I ran over a nail. I was worried because it was a Sunday that I wouldn’t find a place open to help me, but I called Firestone and the kind employee on the phone said they can squeeze me in. When I arrived and the customer service was great. Since my treads were very worn down anyway, they recommended a good tire to replace it. They were done in a few hours and had a really great experience. I think I interacted with Mike? And Jason today. I’m thankful I will have my car to get to work tomorrow. I would come back in the future for other tire needs!

Friendly and quick but excellent service! I came in to have new tires installed and the process couldn’t have been smoother, from start to finish. I had such a great experience and the customer service was absolutely stellar. I was given an estimate when asked how long the service would take and they were very accurate! I can’t recommend this location enough.

I needed new tires and this was the place!! There was two gentlemen that had helped me, Lucas did my tires and I needed a new battery so he replaced it for me, then there was a gentlemen named Cameron he do my alignment and my car feel amazing it feels so smooth and straight as ever!! I highly recommend this location / business. They will make sure your car is in good hands:))

I scheduled an appointment to have four tires replaced and provided all my vehicle details ahead of time. I arrived on time and was told it would take about an hour, which seemed reasonable. Instead, I ended up waiting almost three hours for a simple tire change with no additional services. I have never left a negative review, but this delay was unacceptable — especially since I had clearly explained I needed an accurate time estimate due to picking up my child from school. They offered a free oil change, but after this experience, I don’t plan on returning. Sharing this so others don’t end up in the same situation.

i called to make a state inspection sticker appointment (as written on their website) and the guy who answered was a little rude and told me it was first come first serve. then i show up about an hour before close (i know that’s not nice of me but it was the only time i could make it) but the inspector had already gone home, then a guy offered to make me an appointment, i show up everything is fine but then they rejected my car saying my taillight is broken but i just checked it myself and everything works so pretty sure they’re just trying to get more money out of me. never coming back here again
