Very professional and nice people here, took care of me when another auto repair shop lied to me and didn’t want to deal with my old car. God Bless everyone that works here because I thought I lost my car for good and didn’t have the money for a newer car at the moment. Also sleeping in my car waiting to move into my apartment in 1 month so thank you Firestone for fixing my car taking care of me when I needed it most!

Historically good experience! However…. The team was able to get my headlight and ballast repaired same day on my Audi A7 which I am immensely thankful for; however my wheel well liner (requires removal for access) is now torn and the fasteners (that I provided to the team) were not reinstalled nor given back to me. Friendly shop, would still recommend to others due to past experiences and good customer service but I wish the tech had disclosed this. I would not have been mad, now I have to pursue correcting this on the other side of the country however. I’m hoping this is a one off as I’ve have a couple services done here with good experiences and fair pricing. I think this was a one off…. But maybe I was too trusting this time and didn’t physically inspect the area addressed before leav

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Not a single employee in the waiting area, nor in the manager's office. I waited 15 minutes. Still not a single service writer or front-of-shop employee to be found, so I left. I won't be back. And no, I'm not going to send you an email or otherwise follow up. This is your feedback. Take it or leave it. 🤷‍♂️

Received excellent customer service for a same day appointment to replace my tires. Staff was efficient and courteous; also explained rebate options and answered all of my questions. Less than an hour and a half wait, which was wonderful! Thank you!

James, because of you, you guys have earned a customer for life. I will only go to this Firestone to have work done on my car. That guy is very informative and goofy. Thanks again for all the help, man. Firestone, you better NEVER let this man lol.
